ADSL4 only provides managed services; all equipment supplied is pre-configured and monitored. In the event of a line failure we would normally know before the end user.
ADSL4 provides dedicated account management for sales and support enquiries. You can talk to the same person each time you call; a fault is managed by the same person from first report to resolution.
Our full web based support portal enables tickets to be logged and monitored in real time. Once a ticket has been logged on the portal, replies can be emailed or reviewed through the portal.
Please note that users need to register and be validated before any tickets can be raised.
